PEMF sessions at Circle Lake Ranch Pet Resort are offered as a non-veterinary wellness service and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, medication, rehabilitation or advice from your veterinarian. Please ask your veterinarian whether PEMF is appropriate for your dog's specific health situation, particularly if your dog has a medical condition, an implanted device, is pregnant, has had recent surgery or takes medication. What Happens During a PEMF Session?
Step 1: We go over your dog's history and anything your veterinarian has asked us to keep in mind. Step 2: Your dog rests on a comfortable mat — no sedation or restraint. Step 3: A trained staff member runs the MagnaWave equipment near the area of focus for about 20-30 minutes. Step 4: We let your dog settle and tell you how they did. Most dogs relax and some fall asleep.
