HOLIDAY POLICY: We do not offer daycare on or around major holidays (ask for specific availability ). For boarding, there is a 4 Night Minimum (or billing the equivalent of 4 nights) for major holidays and a non-refundable and nontransferrable to another stay deposit of $50 per kennel reserved which is applied to the bill for the reservation made, not to a future stay or groom. These are the major holidays this policy applies to: Good Friday; April 2nd, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence day (July 4th).

GROUP PLAY POLICY: While we are diligent in assigning play groups based on temperament, dogs participating in play groups may get scratches, scrapes, lumps or bumps or a potential bite. By allowing your dog to play, you assume all responsibility for veterinary costs that may arise from playgroup activity. We do not play intact males and females in group, and we use our best judgement in selecting our play groups.

Email vaccination records in advance to info@circlelakeranch.com. We require: DHLPP (Annual or 3-year); RABIES (Annual or 3-year); BORDATELLA (kennel cough) Annual if a shot or every 6 month if given intranasal. Dog Influenza is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
