VACCINATIONS
All vaccinations must be current for each pet prior to check in.
DOG VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
Bordatella (every 6 months)
Parvovirus
Coronavirus
Parainfluenz/Adenovirus
Leptospirosis
Rabies
PUPPIES
We will accept puppies that have had all 3 series of immunological vaccinations with proof of vaccination.
FELINE VACCINATIONS
Panleukopenia
Rhinotracheitis
Calcivirus
Feline Infectious Peritonitis
Ringworm
Chalymidia
Rabies
DOCUMENTATION OF VACCINATIONS
Shot records can be faxed to 281.395.4569 or brought with you to your first appointment.
VACCINATION RECORDS MUST BE FAXED TO OUR OFFICE FROM YOUR VETERINARIAN OR DELIVERED 2 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF OUR CUSTOMERS, DOGS ARRIVING WITHOUT APPROPRIATE VACCINATIONS WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
All pets must be on current flea control. If your pet carries fleas we will immediately administer a flea bath and the charge will be $16.00 per pet.
